It’s Up To You

It’s up to you to make sure your braces stay clean. Remember to brush 3 times a day using a tooth timer, making sure to brush with soft circular motions and massage the gums in the process. It’s also extremely important to floss between all teeth once a day. Insert floss behind the wire using floss threaders, just like we showed you in your braces appointment. Gently clean the sides of teeth and under the gums using an up-and-down motion.
